1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. This applies to all products sold on shop.modeltok.com.
2. How to Request a Refund
Email contact@modeltok.com with:
- Your order number or the email used for purchase
- The product you'd like refunded
We aim to process refunds within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
3. After 14 Days
After the 14-day window, refunds are generally not available. However, we will consider refunds in the following circumstances:
- Critical bug preventing core functionality on your platform (not user error)
- Product incompatibility with your system not clearly disclosed in the product description
- Discontinued web application: refund issued for the unused portion of any remaining access period
To request a refund after 14 days, email contact@modeltok.com with evidence (error logs, screenshots, system details). We will review within 5 business days and notify you of our decision.
4. EU Consumer Rights
Under EU law, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. Since our products are digital content delivered immediately, you acknowledge that you may lose this right once download begins. However, we honor our 14-day guarantee regardless — you can always get a refund within 14 days.
5. Abuse
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of clear abuse (e.g., repeated purchases and refunds of the same product). We trust our customers to be fair.
